Background & Experience

Keith Michael Quiller, M.Ed

Keith Michael Quiller, M.Ed is a licensed California Education Specialist with over 17 years of professional experience serving students with disabilities across elementary, middle school, high school, and transition programs for young adults ages 18–22.

He has worked in public school districts, charter schools, a non-public school, and county education programs — supporting students with a wide range of disabilities. Throughout his career, Keith has served as a Special Education Teacher, IEP Case Manager, and Transition Specialist, helping students develop the academic, social, and life skills necessary for successful transition into adulthood, employment, college, and independent living.

Keith has facilitated hundreds of IEP meetings and trained families on their rights under IDEA and Section 504 — empowering parents to become confident, informed advocates for their children. His work with individuals with disabilities and their families has given him a deep understanding of the systems, language, and strategies that make a real difference.

ShowURight was born from a simple belief: every family deserves access to expert guidance — in the classroom, at the IEP table, and at home. Keith brings the same discipline, structure, and personalized attention to every family he works with.

Our Approach

The ShowURight Philosophy

ShowURight exists at the intersection of education, advocacy, and family empowerment. Whether we're at the IEP table, in a parent training session, or working one-on-one with a student, the approach is always the same: meet you where you are, build trust, and show you what's truly possible.

Meet families where they are

No two families are the same. Every program, every consultation, every session starts with listening — understanding your child's unique needs, your family's goals, and the barriers in the way.

Knowledge is the greatest equalizer

When parents understand their rights, the IEP process, and their child's learning profile, everything changes. Informed families are powerful families.

The whole child, the whole family

A child who feels seen and supported at school also thrives at home. ShowURight works with the whole family — because real progress happens everywhere, not just in one setting.

Advocacy never stops

From the first IEP meeting to the transition into adulthood, Keith walks alongside families — not just as a consultant, but as a partner in their child's journey.
